RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Submit a return/refund request to our store in Shopify or email us at support@myhomeandbath.com (Attach your order number in the request)
- MyHome&Bath will process your return/refund request
- Acquire your replacement product or a refund (Terms and Conditions applied)
If the product(s) you receive do/does not match your expectation, submit a return/refund request within 30 days of delivery in original condition and packaging.
An exchange is valid only if:
- Wrong product(s) is/are delivered to you
- You have ordered wrong color(s)/product size(s)
Please note that we only exchange the product/accept a refund if the product(s) is/are still in the perfect condition for selling, with no defects/damages. To ensure your return item reaches us safely, we would advise customers to return the item via recorded delivery. We also offer pickup services with an additional fee. All replacement item(s) will be sent via Standard Delivery.
However, if the cause of exchange is due to a wrong product(s) delivered by us, we will cover the shipping fee for both ways.
